Preparing the Menu Art
Now that the skin is finished (as well as converted to non-3D), I will prepare the menu art. Unlike other menu art editors, I do not normally place the new character in front of a Nitro background. Since the characters I make aren’t wrestlers (and since many of the characters are from comics and are drawn, not photographed), I do not feel that it is necessary to place the character in front of a Nitro background. Just a matter of personal preference.
First, I select the file that I want to use for the fullshot.
Open the menu art files. You will need the full shot, located in the /Menuart/Fullshot folder in your Nitro folder. Peter Criss is to replace Randy Savage. The fullshot file for Savage is full12.BMP. The thumbnail picture is named thumb12.BMP and is located in the /Menuart/Thumb folder in the Nitro directory.

Now, simply copy from the Peter Criss picture and paste as a new layer into the full shot picture. Do the same for the thumbnail picture. Save the files.

Below, you can see how the menuart looks in the game. If you want, you can change the name with a Hex Editor.
